Dr. Wesley answered to the call of God while in medical school and thus quit his journey to a medical career to attend seminary at the Boston University School of Theology where he was a Martin Luther King, Jr.
scholar and there, he graduated in biblical studies and African American religious history. He proceeded and acquired his doctor of ministry in preaching from Northern Baptist Seminary.
